Professional Background
Sara views coaching as an ongoing service that helps leaders handle challenges and change confidently, while staying true to who they are. With 28 years of military service in senior roles across various human resources and organizational development areas, she leverages “360-degree leadership expertise” gained from experiences as both a follower and a leader. With nearly three decades of experience working under pressure—from organizational change initiatives to international security dialogues—Sara understands what it takes to lead when the stakes are high. Her focus is on strengthening both strategic and relational skills, guiding clients to see the whole picture and take bold, effective action.
Coaching Philosophy
Sara’s coaching style is contextual and strengths-based, meeting clients where they are. By creating a trusting and safe space to discuss what matters most, she encourages growth through strategic vulnerability. She believes that assessing and developing self-awareness are key to effective leadership. When leaders operate within their strengths, it fosters a positive impact both individually and collectively, benefiting their personal and professional lives and extending to the greater good of the organization and community. Leadership development is, in essence, organizational development. Whether it’s navigating a tough transition or enhancing leadership presence, Sara provides space for reflection, action, and sustainable growth.
