Melhor Life Solutions was established as a Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid waiver program provider that delivers high quality services to individuals with an intellectual disability or a related condition so that they can live in the community.
Melhor, therefore, aims to develop proficient Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to effectively support the adaptive living skills of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) in the most dignified manner.
Melhor Life Solutions’ mission is to provide professional human care services in an integrated community setting that facilitate, promote, and maximize the developmental and intellectual capacity of the people they serve so that their clients can lead meaningful lives.
The SOAR team has been very understanding of and accommodating to my organization’s needs. They worked in a collaborative way to get the full cooperation from my team members and were extremely communicative throughout the process. Their work style allowed me and my business partner to share relevant information for them to understand our industry and our work environment. Our session was conducted in a judgment free manner and we were encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback throughout the presentation.
